We are a privately owned company, specialising in the property letting and management business within Lincolnshire.
PD Lets & Property Management is owned and run by Paula Dickinson, based in Skegness.
Paula, began working within the property industry during the heady 1980’s and has gained knowledge and experience with various property companies and becoming MARLA qualified, ensuring all legislative and legal requirements are met.

Having worked for the larger companies, we saw how the industry was changing and companies becoming more focused on larger profits and less on the correct service, personal relationships between landlords and tenants and ensuring the right tenant is in the right property.
At PD Lets & Property Management we pride ourselves on delivering the professional and personal service both Landlords and tenants enjoy, when looking after the landlords investment and the tenants home.

Full compliance check of required documents & inspection of property to meet legal requirements
Written report of findings with photographs and recommendations
Referencing and credit checks
Immigration Act checks
Check-in of tenants at start of tenancy using inventory provided by landlord
Check-out inspection and report at end of tenancy
Negotiation of deductions between landlord and tenant(s)
Rent review and service of Section 13 notice
Prepare and serve section 8 and/or section 21 notices
Arranging contractors for works and checking on completion (if required)
Empty care service (charged depending on distance from office)
